Festiva Resorts is a family of boutique interval ownership resorts in the most favorable locations throughout the USA and Caribbean. The company was founded in the year 2000. Festiva Resorts is one of the most successful privately owned vacation ownership companies in the United States. At the present time, the company operates 24 resorts and four Cruise Club destinations. The company also offers many new features, such as a password-protected section for the owners, downloadable color season calendars for each resort, reservation windows, cancellation policies, an enhanced media section and more.

Festiva Resorts has recently acquired the Equivest Vacation and Travel Club Inc. the company also owns the assets at resorts which formerly belonged to Peppertree Resorts Ltd.
