I have been an owner for 10 years no problem. Festiva bought my home resort a couple years ago. They cut my points total from 72,000 to 41,000. Called them about it and was told they re evaluated my account and I am only eligible for the lower amount. Basically told me to pound sand. I have contract stating 72,000. What recourse do we have when we are so far away. I am seeking an attorney and am... Read more

We bought into Festivia at Branson, Missouri for their Stormy Point location. Within a year we had to upgrade for approx $2000 to avoid having a deeded week and to start using a point system. All was well for awhile, until they sold Stormy Point! We were assured that we would ALWAYS be able to stay there since it was where we bought in. Over the course of several years it was getting harder... Read more

Today, I called to inquired about my member... Read more

My husband and I sat in on the "low pressure" sales in Charleston last month. We were held in the office for more than 3 hours in order to hear the pitch and get the free passes for events in Charleston. They refused to allow us to have the event coupons until they gave us pricing. We were starving and left for lunch and were told we could not get the coupons without coming back to have an... We went on a tour at Peppertree, Atlantic Beach, NC. They had just moved into their "new offices" so things were pretty "unprofessional" when we showed up for our tour. We were impressed with the "travel club" and the website and how our points could be converted to be used on cruises and used for airfare. We already own "enough" points with Wyndham, so Kenny went "in for the kill" by selling us... Read more

Went for a timeshare presentation - They rip you off big time!!! We got there at our appointment time of 7:45 am - waited till 8:05 before someone came to get us just to drive somewhere else where we sat forever to drive back & listen to a rude not so smart or great saleslady... we finally got rude ourselves and left at 11:30! Half of the "incentives" are just more lies! Took an hour to check... Read more
