Request courts to change Atrium's contract with owners
Apr 1, 2008
Festiva Resorts complaint by Atrium Lover
Festiva bought out the Atrium in St. Maarten two years ago. They then upped the maintenance fees by 10% plus a double fee for an assessment. This is against our contract so a group of owners hired a lawyer.

Festiva is now taking a small group of these owners to court requesting the courts to change all the owners contracts.

If this happens contracts for timeshares in St. Maarten will have no value since they can be arbitrarily changed.

Please notify all Atrium owners to get involved. Other timeshare owners on St. Maarten should also be concerned.

Please see Jeff Berger's website Everything St. Maarten for more information or contact This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it if you are an Atrium owner. Please include your name, unit number and week.

Also include the threatening letters that you were sent.
