The sales rep talked me into upgrading from 3900 Biennial to 5000 Biennial with Corp Elite included for $6,180 on 11/14/2013. Please people out there customers, hard working people, please do you homework before getting into a bad deal. Extremely and awful customer support, all they say is nothing is available at this time. then your points are expired because you did not used. I CONTACTED AS I WAS TOLD TO DO BY SALES AGENT WHOM PRESSURED US INTO THIS CONTRACT. WE DID NOT BUY INTO THE RESORT TRAVELS DUE TO WORRIES OF JOB LOSS, SO THEY SAID WELL IF YOU SET UP PAYMENTS FOR 18 MONTHS YOU CAN USE THAT FOR WEB SITE OR A 1 TIME TRAVEL PACKAGE THAT WAY IF YOU LOSE YOUR JOB YOU CAN OPT OUT UNDER EXT. How this place got more than 4stars is puzzling..Outside walkway in big need of replacement. Furnishings and fixtures are worn and dirty.Hallway and guest bath have un-even floors.New windows and patio doors, but one was marked "broken". Have not been able to use account online. password did not work nor did the reset process. But every year I am contacted to spend more money on a unwanted vacation from Festiva. call center is a joke, I was on wait for 43 minutes just to have some answer the phone and hang up before I could get my name out, (twice). We attended the presentation in Charleston SC, and while we were told that it was an open house for one of the resorts, it wasn't hard to figure out what it really was. They lied that I would NEVER have to pay interest.
