Festiva Resorts complaint
Festiva Resorts uses unfair sales tactics. We went to a sales presentation in Nassua Bahamas. We were promised $150 for 90 min. My wife suffers from bi-polar disorder and was in a manic state at the time of the presentation.

At the end of the presentation I told the presenter that I was not interested and did it for the $150. They then took my wife to another office to run an amoritization schedule.

This took place 1st week in March...it is now after putting my wife in the hospital and checking credit card for damages my wife did while in a manic state that I found while they separated us they had her sign a contract and use her credit card.

No mention of the sale was made when they returned to the table. I called them 2 days ago ( April 3,2008) and explained the circumstances. They did not want to hear it. " We have a signed contract, credit card and it is passed 7 day cancellation period". This is not the way to run a respectable business. STAY AWAY FROM FESTIVA RESORTS!

Shell Vacations Club also uses slimy sales techniques to get you to buy their product. Slimy salespeople, dishonesty and insults when you have the presence of mine to "just say no" and walk away. Don't give them your business!
